​This listing covers the design and template setup for your custom "House Brand" Apothecary Line.

​Customization includes:

​Shop Name: Your branding at the top of every tag.

​Custom Bar Naming: We can rename up to 5 of our classic offerings to match your local landmarks or store theme.

​QR Code Integration: Can include a custom QR code linking customers back to your website or social media.

​"Tag Line":  Your Boutique's unique information to include on your label.

Please Add to each Reorder to ensure proper house brand labeling. 

 ​NOTE: Wholesale orders require prior approval. Orders placed without an authorized account are subject to immediate cancellation. 

​Lead Time: The QA Release Cycle

We operate on a strictly controlled manufacturing schedule.  Our current lead time is 5 weeks for all PreOrder wholesale orders.

​Pre-order Availability: Items marked as "Pre-order" are currently in their monitored curing cycle.

​Release Date: Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as they pass our internal quality release criteria. We will provide an estimated ship date upon order confirmation.

​Shipping & Handling

​Calculated at Checkout: To ensure the most accurate pricing, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total weight and destination. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect retail-ready condition.

​Exclusions: Due to the weight-to-value ratio of artisanal, dense, cold-process soap, this product is not eligible for free shipping promotions. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the secure and professional transit of your inventory.

 ​Wholesale Order Minimums (MOV)

​Low-Volume, High-Standard Entry

To support our boutique partners and independent shops, we maintain a baseline Wholesale Minimum Order of $100.00.

​Why a Minimum? This threshold allows us to consolidate our strictly monitored "Batch Release" cycles and maintain the technical documentation required for each shipment.

​Mix & Match: You are welcome to meet this minimum by combining our "True Soap" cases with our Oregon Red Alder accessories and artisanal cotton sets.

​Scalability: For larger accounts or custom private-label runs, please contact us directly to discuss expanded production lead times and volume-based logistics.
