Our "True Soap" is formulated by a biologist and manufactured under a rigorous Quality Management System. Every batch is documented, cured appropriately, and released only after meeting our internal specifications.

​Wholesale Purchasing Policy

​Notice to Retailers: To ensure the integrity of our brand and the success of our partners, all wholesale accounts require prior approval before orders can be fulfilled.

​Approval Required: If you are a new retail partner, please contact us to establish your account before placing an order.

​Order Cancellation: East Darrington Trade reserves the right to cancel and refund any wholesale order placed without prior authorization or a verified retail account.

​Order Minimums: Wholesale pricing is strictly reserved for verified brick-and-mortar or approved online boutiques.

​Ordering Guidelines

​Wholesale Minimum: A $100.00 minimum applies to all initial and reorders.

​Ready to Ship (RTS): Items in this category have completed their formal QA release cycle and are available for immediate dispatch (3-5 business days). Place your RTS orders seperately from Pre-Orders to allow for seperate shipping. 

​Pre-Order Batches: To ensure the integrity of our cold-process formula, made-to-order batches require a 4 to 5 week lead time for proper curing and stabilization.

​Shipping: All shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that wholesale soap orders are not eligible for free shipping due to the high density and weight of our artisanal bars.

We recommend displaying our Oregon Red Alder dishes alongside our bars to ensure maximum airflow and product longevity for your customers.

​We don’t just pour soap; we manage a scientific process to ensure your shelves are stocked with the most reliable goat milk soap in the Pacific Northwest.

​We are thrilled to bring a piece of our Washington farm to your shop shelves.

Please note that because our "True Soap" is handcrafted in small batches and relies on our own goat herd.

Our current lead time is 5 weeks for all wholesale orders.

​Minimum Opening Order: $100

​Product Format: Most sold in case packs of 4 or 6.
